Corporate
Corporate access lets your organisation give its own people passwordless login —
authenticating staff by photo recognition instead of a password, under a domain you verify and
an authorised-user list you control. It gives your admins one console for enrolment, oversight,
security policy and reporting, so IT and security teams keep full visibility without ever
handling a password.
This is a private preview of what the corporate console will offer. There is no
live sign-in or backend yet — use the button below to request access when it launches.
How it works
- Set up your organisation — run the guided onboarding wizard to create your
organisation profile and nominate a domain-manager contact.
- Verify your domain — prove ownership of
@yourcompany.com so staff
with a matching email are routed straight into your corporate login flow.
- Import authorised users — build the allow-list of who may enrol and log in, one
at a time or by bulk CSV upload.
- Oversee — monitor login and usage history, review security policy, and receive
reports as your organisation evolves.
What it will offer
Organisation & access
- Login domain(s) — e.g.
@yourcompany.com, ownership-verified, so
matching staff route straight to your corporate flow.
- Authorised users — the allow-list of who may enrol and log in; add, remove, or
bulk upload by CSV, with provisioning and roles. Granting or revoking access is
instant on your side, independent of the person — you never administer a
password for them.
- Domain-manager contact — where reports and notifications are sent.
Visibility & reporting
- Login & usage history — org-wide, and per account: day, time, and site
logged into.
- Break-in / imposter transparency — attempts against org accounts are recorded
and visible to admins.
- Reports to your domain manager — on demand or on a schedule, with CSV export.
Policy & security
- Acceptable-use blocklist — sites your people may not use their corporate
identity on (bulk entry, wildcards), with an optional allow-list mode.
- Approved-domain tracking — authorise specific sites per user for a
purpose such as purchasing (e.g. a parts supplier), so every login to that site
is explicitly tracked and reportable.
- Instant suspend — temporarily suspend a person's use the moment it's
needed (travel to a less-friendly environment, a sabbatical, a lost device) —
independent of the person, and instantly reversible.
- Security policy — set recognition strength and assurance level per action.
Billing & integration
- Billing & onboarding — per-user, with a guided "set up your organisation"
flow.
- Integration (roadmap) — SSO / directory sync and private, in-house deployment.
